Yes, I know what you probably thinking, yes, I know that is early. I am trying to live a healthier life for me and my body. This is going to be the first in a series of healthy out of the box things I am going to do. I did my research, waking up early is good for your body as long as you still get 7 to 8 hours of sleep. Your brain will be confused but push through., that is what I am going to do. Here is my master plan.

  • Wake up
  • Open my curtains
  • make my bed
  • wash my face
  • brush my teeth
  • get dressed
  • drink water
  • read my bible
  • stretching
  • run
  • shower
  • eat breakfast ( recipes down below ⬇)

I really just want to not rush through my morning and actually get some stuff done. Sometimes I don’t make time for what is important in life and I wanted to start.

Peanut Butter Banana Toast with Coco Nibs

I love this breakfast it is packed with protein and so good.

THINGS YOU NEED

  • bread, I use sprouted it is better for you.
  • peanut butter
  • banana
  • coco nibs (OPTIONAL)

Toast your bread until desired. Spread with peanut butter, I like to warm up my peanut butter so it melts. Slice up banana and lay onto bread. Finally, sprinkle with coco nibs. ENJOY!

Avocado and Egg Toast

This recipe is also super simple and delicious.

THINGS YOU NEED

  • eggs
  • bread, I also use the sprouted here as well.
  • avocado

Cook your eggs as you like them, I prefer scrambled. Toast your bread until desirable, and spread the avocado over the toast. Top with the eggs some salt and pepper and your done. ENJOY!

Oatmeal

I di not love oatmeal at first, but I learned to enjoy it as an easy breakfast.

THINGS YOU NEED

  • Steel cut oats
  • milk
  • fruit
  • nuts
  • dried coconut, fruit, etc.
  • cinnamon, vanilla, cocoa powder
  • maple syrup or honey

Mix 1/2 cup oats to 1 cup water and cook until desired thickness. Depending on what you are going to put in it get out what you need. I like to add maple syrup, sliced almond, dried coconut, raisins, cinnamon, and vanilla. There are so many other combinations, just add what you like. Eat right away for the best freshness. ENJOY!

UPDATE: Waking up is not that hard, running at 6 in the morning is. So I sprinted for like 2 min. then did some ab workouts and stretching. I realized by just spending time drinking tea and reading I had time to just set my mind into a good place. I ate the avocado egg toast, which to say I am full is an understatement. I was able to make breakfast for my brother before he went to school, which he enjoyed and asked me if I would do that every morning. I am definitely going to do this every morning it allowed me to set my mind in the right place and get stuff done.
